It uses Artificial Intelligence for both brushing evaluation and plaque & decay detection.
Meditradent smart brush uses posture detection technology to recognize the location of the toothbrush inside the mouth. It comes with two heads: a brushing head and a plaque & decay detection head. Using an intraoral camera to detect plaque & decay, we turned a smart brush into a Point-of-Care device.

Plaque removal time evaluation

The quantity of plaque formed on teeth is estimated with image processing techniques and artificial intelligence, and the time required to remove the plaque is shown to the user on the app.

AI-enabled brushing posture detection

The user can monitor various areas of their teeth while the optimal time to brush each area is evaluated and the user’s score is given. This is dependent on the toothbrush’s posture detection sensors being powered by artificial intelligence.

Replaceable brushing head

You can swap the soft or rough toothbrush heads and change the heads if they are worn.
