Nowadays, people’s needs change consequently, which poses challenges for product manufacturers. The intra-team meeting is a way to examine these challenges and provide a better product for their customers. Addressing root causes, generating potential solutions through brainstorming, and assigning accountability can collaboratively help overcome challenges. A helping way to track progress, study failures and successes, and improve team work that can help team to be updated, is having some regular meetings.
In pursuit of this objective, we in the MediTraDent team will hold a meeting on new challenges to face new needs and check possible ways to upgrade our product. This meeting allowed the team to discuss solutions and make informed decisions about the future of our product. It also aids us in keeping tabs on the latest global developments and forging our course to push the boundaries of knowledge.
